Payment
We want our customers to have an easy shopping experience at Little Patootique! We accept all major credit cards through our secure site, PayPal checkout, Google checkout, Amazon checkout, and money orders. We also accept personal checks and we will ship the package after the check is cleared. All unpaid orders will be canceled after 7 days from the original purchase date.
Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Little Patootique is happy to accept a return or an exchange in its original condition within 5 days of receipt (additional shipping cost may incur). A full refund of the purchase price will be made promptly upon receiving the return. All returned items must be unwashed, and unworn, with original tags attached. Shipping and rush handling charges are not refundable.
If you would like to return your items please contact us at orders@littlepatootique.com with subject line “Returns” so that we can provide you with a return confirmation number and the shipping address.
Print out the return/exchange form with the RMA#, fill it out and send along with the merchandise. Packages will only be accepted with a return confirmation number.
Once your return/exchange is received and checked by our customer care team, we will process your request within 5 business days. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or original method of payment. Little Patootique is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via USPS with Delivery Confirmation to ensure that it reaches us.
If you are exchanging, please specify the item being returned and the size, color, and item number of the product you wish to have in exchange. You are responsible for the shipping fee incurred for exchange. Items that are damaged and/or defective will be replaced at no cost to the customer. We do not accept returns on seasonal items. All sale items are final sales.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of payment. Turn-around time may be quicker. Orders are mailed using First Class mail with the USPS. Rush Orders Shipment: We require a fee of $10 per rush order.
Send the item as a gift
You can add gift wrapping to most items for $5.50. This includes gift wrapping and you can write your own personal message to be included in the package.
