Product Description
Color:   We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Sizing:   All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Q:  How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A:   We ship daily, excluding Sundays and Holidays from Sunnyvale, CA. 
All orders are shipped via USPS using First Class Mail and takes 1-2 business d
ays turnaround.

Q:  How much is my shipping going to be?
A:   Shipping with Little Patootique is a flat rate $2.95 for first class shipping (Continental U.S. only). For orders over $25, the shipping is free. We are thankful for our customers and want them to be able to purchase more items and not spend all their money on shipping.

Q:  Am I able to place my order by phone?
A:   Yes, you are! We now have the ability to accept orders over the phone and charge your credit card in our  virtual terminal.

Q:  What forms of payments do you accept?
A:    We accept all major credit cards, paypal checkout, google checkout, amazon checkout, and money order. We also accept personal checks and we will ship the package after the check is cleared. All unpaid orders will be canceled after 7 days from the original purchase date.

Q:  Do you ship internationally?
A:   Yes we do, please select international shipping when checking out.
The shipping time is a little longer for international package. We are not responsible for any additional fees or holding time incurred by the package being held in customs when it reaches your country.

Q:  What is your return and exchange policy?
A:   We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied! We accept a return or an exchange in its original condition within 5 days of the receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. All returned items must be unwashed, and unworn, with original tags attached. Items that are damaged and/or defective will be replaced at no cost to the customer. We do not accept returns on seasonal items. All on sale items are final sales.

Q:  Can I cancel my order?
A:    Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order by email at orders@littlepatootique.com. Please forward us a copy of your confirmation email and include your name & order number. We will cancel your order the next business day and confirm it back to you in an email.

Q:  Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
A:    Our goal is to provide a positive shopping experience. 
Your privacy and information is very important to us and we have taken special measures to make sure your information is kept secure at all times. The information you provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will also not solicit you or contact you outside of the order processing. You can shop on our site with confidence and rest assure that your transaction is safe at Little Patootique!
